Our standard turnaround is 24 hours for a proof and then 24-48 hours for the press run. Bindery services may require additional time.

Turnaround can vary based on job size and client changes. Estimated turnaround times are provided via our online print quotes.

How much does it cost?
Imagers' mission is to provide the best product, value and customer support possible.

Quotes are provided for each job based on a variety of factors, including number of images, number of copies, double- or single-sided, type of paper, level of preproduction required, finishing services, and ink coverage.

Heavy coverage costs

Please call us regarding heavy coverage job costs on the Heidelberg. Heavy coverage is complex printing and may, at times, not be appropriate for the Heidelberg DI. (Some guidelines are provided in our Heavy Coverage FAQ.)

Order requirements

• For new clients, credit card payment is required for your first job unless credit is previously established with us.
  
  
• All jobs must be submitted with a completed order form before any work can be considered "in house and ready for production".
  
  
• Once we begin your job, there is a $50 cancellation fee.

Additional charges
Setup fees ($25 minimum) will apply for any adjustments or corrections made to your file. Re-rip charges may apply for proofs after the initial proof.
