Q: Where can I order Print Items that I’ve ordered in the past?
A: The new IMAGERS.com offers a wide range of popular print items that can be configured and ordered directly online. While we do have a specific set of configurable options for each product, we can always do more to make our customers happy. If you have special request, these can be noted at the final stage of checkout and a customer service rep will contact you if there are any additional charges that must be added to your order. If an item is widely requested, we will add it to our product collection online. Our Customer's needs are very important to us. Feel free to send us a question or call if needed.
Q: If I simply have files to add to my order, where do I upload them?
A: The NEW IMAGERS.com still allows you to Upload a File online. The File Upload link is located in the top left of your web page. Simply add your Order Number and Email Address. Upload your files your files in a .zip file format.
Q: How long can I expect a file upload to take?
A: The time for a file upload can vary depending on the size of your file and your network connection. In general it’s best to zip your files together and upload 1 zip file with all your design assets. Our file upload tool will take up to 3 gigabytes, but files of this size might take a considerable amount of time to load. We recommend keeping your file size under 500mbs if possible. If you have additional files to add to you order, please call us or leave a comment in your notes section at checkout.
Q: What’s the difference in Print Shop and Sign Shop Products?
A: Print Shop offers a variety of Digitally Printed products that are easy to configure and order online. Sign Shop offers a variety of Large Format Printed products, most of which can be ordered directly online.
Q: What if I need a product delivered faster than what you currently offer online?
A: IMAGERS will do all we can to get your product to you in a timely fashion. All online products offer shipping and turn times that allow us to produce the best quality work efficiently for all our customers. If you need your order expedited please request a specific shipping and turn time in the “notes” section of your checkout. A customer service rep will contact you directly if there are any additional cost for expediting.
Q: Does the new site work on my cell phone or tablet?
A: The NEW IMAGERS.com does make browsing on your mobile device easier. You now have the ability to configure products and upload files directly from your device. You can also sign in and browse items to add to your cart, and complete your order once you get to your desktop.
Q: Are you FSC Certified?
A: Yes, we are. We offer a variety of FSC Mix and Recycled papers, noted in the paper/media section for each product. Please contact us if you have additional questions.
